Electrostatic powder coating technology is used.
Items are prepared for painting with washing to generate a phosphate layer, double rinsing and with drying.

Material of paintable piece: metal, aluminium, galvanised products
Degree of contamination of paintable piece: moderate grease
De-greasing technology:

rinsing with deionised water
passivation if needed
Material of usable coating powders:
outdoor-indoor epoxy polyester powders according to RAL colour scale
burnt in temperature 160°C – 180°C
painting output: 120 m2/hour
